Ongela Nance, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Ongela Nance has been an educator for the past 13 years as a classroom teacher, school counselor, and an administrator.
She obtained her educational credentials from Lander University, Capella University, and Western Governors University.
Mrs. Nance is the wife of Mr. Brandon Nance, District 50’s Behavior Interventionist. They have 4 beautiful children whom they spend lots of time with as they are all involved in sports and other extracurricular activities. Mrs. Nance is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cleaning, and organizing.
After being at Mathews Elementary School the past 3 years, Mrs. Nance is excited to begin her journey as a Lakeview Star. Her goal is to learn, grow, and serve the staff, students, families, and community so the STARS will continue to shine!
